i was pondering the strangeness of the desire to be witnessed until i remembered that nature is made to be. witnessed cherished worshipped in all the mess and unfathomable beauty. so here i am. how i love this weird little life and how happy i am to exist. ☆

Remember to Forget is a year long study of self; an observation of the experiences that arise when we allow ourselves to let go of our ‘fixed’ identity and move closer to our true nature. By diving into our darkest realms (or our shadow) from a heart centered space of compassion we alchemize what was once unbearable.
The phrase ‘Remember to Forget’ symbolises the cyclic nature of the human journey. The cycles that we move through can be captured through the image of a spiral which we encounter ourselves entering again and again as we dive both in and out of our centre.
As we remember we move towards to the centre and as we forget we shift away from it. One cannot exist without the other and both are crucial to the path of “becoming”. It’s in these very paradoxes that the magic of humanity is experienced - a subconscious yet universal experience that connects us all. Blurring the lines between the internal journey and symbols from the natural world, this work makes the invisible more tangible and reminds us that no matter how far along the journey we go we’re never quite finished. ~
