You can’t outwork a bad diet. Lately I’ve been loving this breakfast choice. I make 2 packs of oat meal, I mix apple cinnamon, and banana flavors. Then I add berries and a banana. On the side I like to eat an apple with almond butter. With a glass of oat milk. 😋 #healthybreakfast #healthylifestyle #healthyfood
