So far, during our Tradition Meet Tomorrow culinary series, we’ve hosted award-winning chef Aishling Moore and two Michelin-starred chef proprietor Mickael Viljanen. But we haven’t done it alone. On July 28th, our collaborator on this project, acclaimed Irish chef, TV host, and author Mark Moriarty, will step into the limelight, telling The Irish Food Story to celebrate Lughnasadh. Mark is renowned not only for innovative and delicious dishes but also for weaving storytelling through his food. Perhaps Stanley Tucci put it best: “I’ve eaten Mark’s food, and now I’ve read his book. Mouthwatering. Literally.” Expect the best of Irish ingredients, including Kerrygold Irish Butter, cooked with flair, bringing the guest on a journey through Ireland’s modern food culture, paired with thought-provoking drinks from our bar team. Twinned with Irish craft and design and housed in the intimate Parlor bar, this is a unique, one-off event not to be missed.
