A great Canadian tradition founded in 1977, the first Wednesday in May each year, @mcdonalds restaurants across the country host McHappy Day, when a portion of proceeds from every food and beverage purchase, all day long, will help support families with sick children. Last year, McHappy Day raised over $7.5 million in support of RMHC @rmhccanada and local children’s charities in Canada. 🇨🇦 This year, McHappy Day falls on May 8th. Finally, after a successful world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival @tiff_net , and the Best Feature and Best Editor awards at the 2023 Atlantic International Film Festival in Halifax, audience will be able to watch “The King Tide” in theatres across Canada come April 26th. We have been waiting for this show, and it’s finally here! “Before I Turn 12” is a docuseries with a team of mentors, who help kids realize their goals before they turn 12 years old. A talented and interesting pre-teen is featured in each 30-minute episode, and viewers get to follow along on their journey to success. The very first episode of “Before I Turn 12” was released on @youtube today, and the young talent featured was none other than #k2ktoronto Belladonna @belladonna_defranco 🌟 In this episode (which breaks into 5 separate clips on YouTube), “Bella” lets us into her world of dance, and her life of a dancer with scoliosis.
