one of my most asked questions is always how I’ve been able to maintain healthy hair w/ heat over the years & this is how! I wouldn’t consider myself a natural hair girly bc I like to straighten my hair🤣 (& have been since I was 5 lol)… however, the health of my hair is very important to me. Before cutting my hair into a bob, I’d also make sure to stay up to date with my trims to make sure I’m getting those spit/ dead ends off!! and MOST IMPORTANTLY- a good stylist who cares about the heath of your hair!!!!🤍
sidenote- if you’re a ponytail/ slick bun girly - make sure you’re moving that scrunchie around to prevent/reduce breakage. (high bun➡️low bun➡️middle bun etc.)

i skip primer sometimes & just apply translucent powder to my t-zone
