Let’s talk about how the Math is Mathin’!
Not only will this strategy increase your chances of getting your offer approved, it will save you a significant amount of money at closing! A few things to be mindful of:
1. Having an ELITE and SAVVY agent on your side to help negotiate the deal. I’m tagging a few of my go-to’s who I’ve used this strategy with COUNTLESS TIMES.
2. Discussing with your agent the likelyhood of the home appraising at the offer price your going in at, and how to create a contract that protects you if it doesn’t appraise.
3. Know that while the monthly payment may be SLIGHTLY affected by the slight increase in purchase price, with my company we offer Interest Rate Protection that allows you to refinance with our company (if you close with us between now and 2026) at no lender cost to you!
4. Sellers still end up netting the same amount going this route therefore are typically happy to do this! Again- emphasis on having a great agent on your side (see tagged agents!)

Does anyone else find it difficult working in an un-inspiring office? Because same. I’ve been working remotely for going on three years and while I’m so thankful for the opportunity to be working in office for the majority of the week, those fluorescent lights and white walls ain’t it for your girl.
