okay soooo this took me ages to post but I wanted to share my past and experience on here as to show how far I have come to where I used to be… just feeling super proud of me🥹 …. • • • I competed In a bodybuilding show back in 2017… after I finished both shows I went down hill with my eating as I restricted my self for around 7 months and didn’t know what goals I wanted to achieve after I won’t my first show, as I was such on a high…((and when you experience a high there is always a LOW!)) I struggled for many years my confidence was so low and binge eating whatever there was and over eating to numb feelings away that was hidden away in my head.. fast forward 4 years and I finally decided to make a change as I COULDNT cope with who I was as I knew deep down it wasn’t the real me… • • March time last year is when I decided that enough is enough and changed my environment and the people around me that was not feeding me with success, I signed back up to the gym and I haven’t looked back ever since and now I just keep on going forward ➡️ • • My goal was to complete my level 3 personal training course this year and I did it… I can’t wait to help people achieve what they find is impossible because I know how hard it is and I know my self because I have proven I have been there…onto the next adventure 💪🏼💪🏼 • • #fitnesslifestyle #personaltrainer #gym #fit #womenwholift #jacked #pose #toned #bodybuilding #transformation #healthyeating #coach #muscle #physique #bikini #motivation #ripped #glutes #hardwork #consistency #fatlossjourney #personaldevelopment #positivity #transformation #fitnessjourney #gains #healthymind

Aww little me back in 2017 would be so proud of me now..🥹 These pictures were taken at my very first gym!! I went to Atlanta.. my first ever old school bodybuilding gym..the second I walked in I knew it was meant for me I felt like I was at the right place and where my passion for bodybuilding STARTED! I just remember looking through pictures on the internet of these amazing bikini bodybuilding women on stage and thinking ‘I want a challenge’ ‘I can get my self like this’ 2 weeks later I find a coach then signed up right away and went straight into the PREP! I was so oblivious before and thinking all I wanna do is look like these girls on stage! I can honestly say I fell in love with the challenge.. it was hard BUT it made me excited everyday and some days I would cry and think why have I done this? BUT now I look back it has given me strength now in other areas of my life and not just ‘how I look’ I was so lost in life before I started my first prep…I felt like I didn’t have a purpose in life and thought id never do well in life as I didn’t know what I wanted to do or be! but the universe knew this would happen, it knew I would find my purpose..and I am so grateful of biting the bullet back then and JUST BLOODY GOING FOR IT!! Now I am a personal trainer which has always been my dream job! Helping people get in shape now is the best feeling in the world and I am forever grateful of my younger self going for it 💥

Started with dynamic stretching (forgot to film) - lateral leg swings - Low lunge and twist - Knee grabs This mornings glute work out 👇 1. Banded smith-machine elevated squats x3 10-12 reps (last set i performed 20 reps with just the band) 2. Hipthrust x3 10-12 reps (4 second hold at top) 3. Dumbbell curtesy lunge x3 (on the last set I dropped 1 DB and performed 10 reps and dropped the DB and performed 15 reps with only bodyweight) 4. Form tips - - you wanna grab the bar wider than shoulder width apart - make sure your knees are under the pads and secured - create a slight arch in the back to bias the upper back muscles - brace the core - drive the elbows out, pulling the bar down to just above the chest and flare the elbows back ,keeping that chest upright. Ever find your self on Monday Feeling guilty after you’ve indulged all weekend in your favourite alcoholic drinks or your favourite off plan meal? I used to be this type of person to! I used to be the type of person that if I had plans at the weekend where it would involve alcohol and meals out I would literally starve my self all week… just so I wouldn’t feel as bad when I was letting my hair down 💁🏼‍♀️ But when the weekend arrived.. I was that hungry I would just binge and binge on anything I could get my hands on and I would get to the point where I would eat that much I would be sick 🤢 Because I told my self I COULDN’T HAVE anything that was classed as ‘bad food’ which made me want it even more on the weekend where it was ‘acceptable’ Now fast forward ⏩ 5 years of my life I have taught my self that I can have any food I want and now I don’t feel guilty for eating what we call ‘bad foods’ because I include these types of foods into my meal plan! ✌🏼 Everything in moderation is 🔑 Now if you’ve got this mindset and want ME to help you achieve your goals WITHOUT feeling guilty?
