Yesterday I check #75hardchallenge off my list of goals!!! 💪🏾 Q1 I focused on my obedience to God. It’s one thing to ask for clarity/ understanding and another to listen and MOVE. Cheers to everyone crushing goals and moving! You have to want to make it happen for yourself 💕
The beginning of the year I committed to doing 75 Hard & we’re still going strong!
My #75hardchallenge rules:
- 2 Forty-five (or one 90) min workouts a day
- Gallon of water a day
- Read 10 pages of a self-help book a day (Currently reading “Relationship Goals”, Michael Todd)
- High protein diet
- Continue to build my relationship with God
