#aclrecovery has made for a tough few months and I’m getting stronger every day!! I’m putting a lot of focus into being aware of my personal limiting factors and identifying ways my body has compensated for my injury. It’s important to make sure the forms right :) I also never genuinely tried to do lat spread until last month? even though I’ve been training for years? so as I continue healing and getting stronger, I’ll be learning how to flex 🥴

I went for over an hour, starting at 1.8 speed with a 0.5 incline and, working up to 2.8 with a 0.8 incline :)
