You can do it🤍🤍 . . . These are my achievements from January through April. It's been challenging, but maintaining a positive attitude and staying consistent has been crucial on my weight loss journey. I'm not at my goal yet, but I'm making progress. . . #weightloss #healthylifestyle #momlife #mombody #bodygoals #foryou #fyp

Hey darlings! Here is a step by step guide for my delicious Peppermint Crisp Tart🍰🌿 🍰Ingredients: - 1 pack of Tennis Biscuits (or any coconut tea biscuits) - 1 can (360g) of Nestle caramel treat - 2 x 250ml Nestle fresh cream - 1 Peppermint Crisp chocolate bar (49g ) - 1/2 tsp Nestle cocoa powder for garnish (optional) ✨Instructions: 1. Prepare the Biscuits: - Lay a single layer of Tennis Biscuits at the bottom of a smaller rectangular dish (about 20x15 cm). 2. Whip the Cream: - Pour the fresh cream into a mixing bowl. - Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, about 3-5 minutes with an electric mixer. 3. Mix the Caramel: - In a separate bowl, empty the contents of the caramel treat can. - Beat the caramel until smooth and creamy. 4. Combine the Cream and Caramel: - Gently fold the whipped cream into the caramel mixture until well combined. 5. Layer the Tart: - Spread a layer of the cream-caramel mixture over the biscuits in the dish. - Sprinkle a layer of crushed Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars over the cream mixture. - Add another layer of Tennis Biscuits on top of the cream and chocolate. - Repeat the layers (cream-caramel mixture, Peppermint Crisp, biscuits) until you reach the top of your dish. The final layer should be the cream-caramel mixture topped with Peppermint Crisp. 6. Chill the Tart: - Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. 7. Serve: - Garnish with peppermint crisp and cocoa powder if desired. - Slice and serve chilled. Now it’s your turn! Let’s dive into why niacinamide is the ultimate multitasker! This superstar ingredient can do it all—from minimizing the appearance of pores to fading hyperpigmentation and even regulating oil production.🌟 Here are 3 reasons you shouldn’t use niacinamide: 1. It helps with pigmentation✨ I’m currently using niacinamide as a depigmenting agent. It works wonders in fading dark spots, scars, and other blemishes. 2. Soothes redness and irritation😌 If you have sensitive skin like me, niacinamide’s soothing properties are a lifesaver. It calms irritated skin and visibly reduces facial redness. 3. Reduces the appearance of large pores🌿 Niacinamide tackles textural issues by visibly minimizing pore size and improving the appearance of rough skin texture. So, if you don’t want brighter, more radiant skin, you might as well stop using niacinamide!😉😅 #skincarelovers #clearskintips #skincarediaries #niacinamide #largepores #skintexture #skinirritation #darkspots #darkspottreatment #hyperpigmentation skincare#reels

Because it keeps me hydrated and gives me glowing skin 🌟 Do you ever feel like no matter how much water you drink, you still feel thirsty? 💧 That’s because our water lacks the minerals and vitamins needed for proper cellular hydration. By adding a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt or Rock Salt 🧂 to your water 💧 each day, you get those essential nutrients, which help with true hydration. It’s similar to an ORS. Do this daily and you’ll feel more hydrated and energized! #hydration #hydratedskin #skincaretips #glowingskin #ors #skincare #skin #glow #hydrate #drinkwater #fyp #foryoupage
