Thanks so much to @punch_drink for the lovely inclusion in the recent write up on the design and nuances of the modern wine bar.
Our goal with L&V was always to be an inclusive space that held room for bday parties, first dates or solo excursions. A space for the wine nerds and wine novices. To entice curiosity about agave spirits or an amaro with a nun’s face on it. To maybe to slam a high life accompanied by a stellar cheese plate from a local monger and especially, a space for those that just wanted a damn good glass of wine, without any obligated commitments, any night of the week.
We’re thrilled to be considered amongst many great friends/bars in the current greatest nu-wave of the modern wine bar! We hope to see many new and old faces at the bar for your weekly escapism needs 🚀🪐🏝️

Tomorrow! We’re super honored to host Daniel and Tristan visiting us from of Burgenland as we help them officially launch of their apertivi line—Super Cattivo!
This duo met working here in NYC in restaurants some years ago; their friendship led them to taste quite a lot of spritzes and negronis when traveling together in Liguria... After an eye-opening experience with an older local resident making her own aperitivo naturally in that region, the duo began experimenting with their own over the years. Now their three aperitivi-bianco, ambrato, and rosso-are ready for the world!
All three of these bottling are made with certified organic materials: spirit, wine, botanicals and citrus, all sourced by Daniel and Tristan painstakingly over several years and a few thousands of kilometers to find the right farmers.
We will be featuring each bottling as a spritz as well as special cocktails we made using these hella tasty and super versatile apertifs! Meet & Greet (& Sip!) commences from 4pm-7pm! Come kick off your weekend the right way! 🍊 🍋
Been on a little hiatus after a long spree of pop ups over the spring but excited to jump back in the game with one of the faves @liseandvito this Wednesday July 12! Menu will be fun little bar snacks featuring all the yummy condiments I’ve stockpiled.
One of the coolest things about running a zero waste kitchen is that I have access to an incredible library of ingredients that’s unique to the kitchen I operate and evolves as Egodeath evolves. Neat!

A renowned musician, an exceptional chef, Lise has an endless list of talents. She’s wise and has a great fervor to continue learning daily. She’s multilingual and has traveled the world singing 🎶! And not to mention, she’s downright hilarious!
Lise is an inspiration and a friend to so many!! She brings out the best in all of us by truly trying to know who you are, where you come from, your joys and struggles, and eventually inviting you into her home and her heart ❤️ and she sure has a big one!!!
Our big party commences Sunday the 9th, kicking things off with an oyster happy hour, shucked by a very special guest, all the way from Montreal, @raf_riva , from 3pm-5ish, tunes provided by @biggyvince beginning at 5pm-9pm and a delicious line up of small plates whipped up by the very talented @buckwild.nyc from 5pmish- til sold out!
