In the enchanting setting of the courtyard of the Monnaie de Paris, the scents of Trudon "Ernesto" candles immerse this mythical place in an intimate and refined atmosphere. Moët & Chandon and Hennessy welcome the guest with champagne and Cognac cocktail, revealing all the flavors of the dinner prepared by chefs Yun, Valentin, and Iris. Centered around themes dear to Louis-Gabriel, the menu is a reflection on the summer collection "Under My Skin": clear and precise tastes, a work of textures and temperatures, around simple ingredients, elevated by innovative creative processes.
