That’s why you are the way you are.” This was a lot for John to swallow! Back home after a beautiful time in nyc under the hospitality of @lamamaetc — what a unique way to exist in such a wild town, in this oasis of coziness above the theatre. Felt like an experience outside of time — got to see the incredible @sistersylvester show The Eagle and the Tortoise, meet old friends (@dctrshw , @ramshackleenterprises ) and new ones (who aren’t on instragram, bless el beh), and at the end of the day, climb those long La Mama stairs to bedtime. Grateful for the sweetness and slowness in the midst of a sleepless city.
