And here it comes, a little emotional post 🥺. We made two more tracks from the ‘Slipstreaming’ EP available on Bandcamp today: ‘Track Maintenance’ by @e_sobolik and ‘Step To One’ by me 🛀🏻 Releasing on my own label is definitely a big and nerve-wracking step for me (not counting compilation participation 😸). So, when I asked Tom if they were down to do a split EP with me and they said yes, this —🫣🤩🤪 — was literally my reaction haha I feel so grateful for the multiple sessions we had, where I got their advice and guidance on which tracks could work and how I could improve them (+ sobolik ableton tricks 😵‍💫). Long chats and production sessions with a mate 🧉 made this process even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better creative process for this release 🌸 with a gooood friend and such a taaaalented artist 👯 much love to Sobolik 💖 These photos were taken outside the studio @5950.exp after our last mixing session 🌞 A bit tired and hungry lol but very excited about the tunes.
