A walk down memory lane + a sentimental post for our newly crowned Miss California 2024: I first met Sami back in 2017 when we were both working for Sephora. I remember telling her days within meeting her, “I HAVE to do your makeup one day!” She was honestly one of the prettiest girls I had ever met, and on top of that had a personality that I absolutely adored. I immediatelyyy became a Sami stan. No matter what endeavors she’s chased after, I’ve always whole heartedly believed in her bc I always knew that her time to shine was inevitable. Not only is she beautiful, but she’s smart, talented and funny af. There was just no denying what a freakin star this girl is! If you look at these photos, you’ll see that Sami DID let me do her makeup. And then she let me do it again. And again and again. And here we are 7 years later, and she trusted me enough to do her makeup for such a life changing moment in her life. I’ve been so inspired by her and it has been such a joy to be a part of her journey in any capacity. Words cannot even begin to express how proud I am of you Sami! 🥹 Thank you for believing in me as much as I believe in you and for your constant loyalty. It means more than you will ever know. Here’s the glam I did on our newly crowned MISS CALIFORNIA 2024, Samantha Ramos! 👑👸🏽✨ __ We did this makeup at 6 am, but the actual pageant didn’t start until 7 pm! 😳 We did a quick touch up around 5 before the actual show, but tbh, we really didn’t need to do too much. First bride of 2024! ✨🙌🏼 __ Lucia had an old Hollywood theme for her wedding and what better way to show up in theme than a classic Hollywood glam look! 😍 She wanted full coverage, a blush that popped and a bold red lip for the big day. She did her homework and hydrated her skin all week prior to her wedding day, which really helped the makeup sit beautifully on her complexion.
