I got to simply be myself, for one and a half minutes on stage at coachella. The sun setting, the mountains, grass, and colors at their most vibrant. When the song said “it’s like a dream” I really got to soak it in.
In August i’ll be living in LA for 10 years. This moment on stage felt like a culmination of so much training, timing, and patience. Working with @bobsdanceshop & @purple_disco_machine is such a unique position. To have artists trust you, and believe in you enough to share the stage and shine as yourself is absolutely incredible. The past few years have been all about shedding the ideas of what I thought I needed to be to be successful, and with that shift and trust in myself I have had the greatest years of my life and career.
I always say I’m grateful in every post, but it’s the truth. I am so fortunate in this life and so amazed it’s the one i’m living.

Wow. This is such a bucket list cross. To get to showcase my choreography, my style and myself on tv is such a dream come true. And to be on the show that really helped catapult my exposure to commercial dance, what an honor!

This combo is a really fun chance to play with dynamics, suspension, and presence. Its a good challenge and even more of a challenge in the optional heel!
My Tmilly class is always a highlight of my week and i’m so grateful to everyone that comes to dance with me.
Also these next two classes are Nina Simone songs only all class! Imagine it’s like your old dance teacher that only played CDS, and its my own Nina Simone Mix of faves.

June was spent quickly switching back and forth between glamour and camping.
It was perfect.
I’m really grateful that my adult life is becoming the cooler version of my life as a kid. I’m still traveling to hotels to dance, going to summer camp, dancing like an idiot and loving every second. But now I have people I love doing it with me. I’m much more patient when making a smore. i’m blonde and my muscles hurt more regularly.

This combo makes me feel so cozy, so nostalgic and so excited. I love riding the wave between fast and long.
My favorite thing is when a stage is big enough that I can do an aerial.
