This weekend is the legendary #moreeonaplate , a celebration of all the incredible producers in the Moree region. I'll be squeezing as many of them into my recipes as I can during my demos on Saturday, assuming I haven't died of a beef overdose! Hope to see you there.

This week I head to Rockhampton for @beefaustralia Beef Week 2024, and I'm bringing a little bit of SEQ with me to share with guests at my dinner on Monday night. @greenvalleyfingerlimes @deadly_bushtucker_time @lindolsmacadamiafarm @coolmunda_olives @bunyaredfarm #trufflediscoverycentrestanthorpe I feel very honoured to have been asked to be a part of this important event for the beef industry and am looking forward to a week of education and eating.

A few weeks ago I saw a post about @macintyrebrooklamb and their home delivered boxes, so I ordered one for us at home. It arrived on Friday and I sparked up the BBQ to give it a try on the weekend. Such a great product, beautifully packaged and a great delivery system. I'll definitely be reordering soon

I win this year cockatoos!! The recipe for the coffee and pecan torte I took to my German class in grade 8 will be in the May edition of @yourlocallifestyle I'm not sure why I decided there was anything German about pecans or coffee, but I remember the class devoured it before I could try it. #39yeargrudge
