Here we are: together, in power, in beauty, in vogue. WE’RE MAKING HISTORY! To our dear Ceval, thank you for sharing this historical moment with your sisters. When the dolls come together, we create art. A day full of love, laughter, and sisterhood. I love you all dearly. @ceval @giabab @vikinga.latina @rayamartigny @jlandv @mickyfrancishes @chili.dia @dustinmuchuvitz @voguescandinavia 🙏🏻 @danbeleiu @juliabrenard @vanessa_bellini_ @pablokuemin @conradchristina

I refuse to believe that in 2024 there are members of our community arguing about who threw the first brick at stonewall. The truth is, we will never know who really started the riots that night, however what we do know is the involvement of Marsha and Sylvia. They were the catalyst of the gay rights movement, they fought endlessly and tirelessly for the liberation of their siblings. There is a big portion of the gay community who will continuously aim to discredit and outcast trans people, especially trans women. It’s embarrassing and hurtful. We must all stand together in this fight, they will come after your rights when they are done with us. Put respect to the name Marsha P. Johnson, a black transgender woman who gave her life for your liberation and mine. We have to protect the most vulnerable part of our community, because without our black trans sisters, we would not be where we are today. Her legacy runs so much deeper than that night. Marsha was a true light, I thank her every day. To my sisters, find your family in this world, your chosen family is everything. Spend time with those who understand or at least try and understand you, those who when they leave you feel soft and beautiful. Thos who without a split second of doubt will have your back in any situation. There is nothing more important in life than your chosen family. Am so grateful for sisterhood, ily @emmantasy_

“It’s not easy to walk in your truth, it’s not easy to be different, because my different is the kind of different that people feel they have the right to tell you that you do not deserve to live. — We need the love. We need the support. We need the liberation.” Sharing these incredibly powerful words from @daniella.carter ’s 2015 Ted talk. After a devastating year of anti trans propaganda from the media and governments around the world and 2024 being the worst year legislation-wise for the trans community; I wanted to take a moment to look back. Each of our stories as human beings is unique, however for a big portion of transgender people, Daniella’s story is their reality. As important it is to celebrate the successes, we must look not just at history, how our people were treated, how we are still treated today, especially our black trans siblings. Unfortunately for us our realities are more in danger every single day, but unfortunately for them, we are only getting stronger by every single day. All the amazing people we have lost along the way, they live on inside each and every one of us. When you ask yourself what’s most important to a trans person, it’s always going to be safety; forget anything else. Why do trans rights affect you? Because liberation for all means liberation for all, and once they are done with us, best believe they’re coming after you next. Stand with us and fight with us, in any capacity. It’s never too late to turn around and show your support.

Stop censoring trans women This is in fact the third time I’m posting this since a certain platform seems to deem it ‘s-e-x-u-a-l-l-y explicit’ We’re hot, get with the program 💅🏼
