One year ago was the best day of my life when I was given the greatest opportunity of my life to date and be a guest judge on Rupaul’s Drag Race (and see if in person if I may say so myself one of the most memorable and iconic lip syncs between @morphinelovemua and @upuntil.dawn ) 🔥. The second picture is me at my first drag con and that young woman would’ve never thought that she would’ve been on that stage. The LGBTQ+ has been there for me when I wasn’t able to be there for myself at times and the art of Drag has helped form who I am today I will always use my voice to fight for the rights and beauty of that community. When I say that this showed save my life I’m not exaggerating. @rupaulofficial thank you for creating this space, legacy and your story and who you are has shaped me. Thank you for being one of my inspirations and herorines. I just want to thank the incredible team drag race and world of wonder again for this honor and I will always honor this day and experience 🌈✨ I hope to and can’t wait to see the queens of season 16 and all the ones I admire there this year and NEVER forget your local queens y’all. What a wonderful evening last night at the @nhmc_org Impact Awards Gala. This room is so important to celebrate the achievements and listen to the voices our peers as we continue to create our voices and put our hearts, truth and culture across media and beyond. Congratulations again to all the amazing honorees this year. I feel so honored and had the best freaking time co-hosting with my sister @annieggonzalez (I’m calling us La-Tina Fey and Amy). AND JODIE FOSTER, that was such a special surprise and moment and loved being able to be with new friends and familia. Thank you Brenda and NHMC for having me and until next year ✨🫶🏽🔥
