2 years. It’s been 2 years since they took you away from us. You had dreams & aspirations, this uniform is one of the few things I have left that bring me both good and bad memories. Now I have to wear the suit in halls of congress and senate to ensure that your name is heard and honored, to prove how much YOUR STORY DOES MATTER. @vguillen_30 I’m sorry we still have no answers. I do as much as I can…it’s not fair to destroy someone’s life like this.

Truly a very successful outcome. It was a very proud bittersweet moment, you’ll had great questions and I hope everyone left with answers & reasoning as to why we all should do what’s right. April is very significant not only because it’s Sexual Assault Awareness month but also because it’s Vanessa’s death anniversary. Today was so special 🤍 For the first time in history a post office in our city gets named after a Latin@. Vanessa your legacy continues to grow and we will continue to push for more positive change, I love you so much sister. 🤞🏻
