A closer look 🏨
Situated in the prominent Chapel Street area of Salford, the Maldron project involved the redevelopment of a site formally used as a surface car park into a new 17-storey hotel comprising 188-bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, coffee lounge, state-of-the-art meeting rooms and gym facilities.
Designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating, the 4-star hotel continues the significant regeneration of the wider Deansgate area.

NE01 Wembley is Topped Out 👏
Last week we celebrated a significant milestone with the ‘Topping Out’ of Plot NE01, a 770-unit Purpose-Built Student Accommodation scheme in Wembley for Greystar, under their Canvas student brand.
Attended by senior representatives from Brent Council and the Greater London Authority, the ‘Topping Out’ ceremony marked the structural completion of the development which now stands tall at 19-Storeys.
We look forward to progressing works as we strive to bring forward a superior sustainable development within the heart of Wembley, North West London, ready to welcome students in 2025.

Our hotel scheme in Manchester City Centre for client RJR Securities is successfully complete, representing the 8th Maldron hotel completed with our long-term partner Dalata Hotel Group, Ireland’s largest hotel operator.🙌
We are immensely proud to have worked with the client and consultants to bring the scheme forward, with the hotel now already open to guests.

In case you missed it, last week we celebrated World Green Roof Day by taking a closer look at the green roof at Hampton by Hilton, London City, a hotel scheme we delivered for Dominus 🌿.
Delivered by SPS Flat Roof Systems, the green roof provides significant ecological and environmental enhancements, contributing to the large biodiversity net gain of 15541% achieved on this innovative project.

We are delighted to have raised £5000 for @airambulance_ni , a charity that provides the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) for NI in partnership with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.
Participating in the Moy Park @belfastcitymarathon last month, six teams from McAleer & Rushe and @mrpinvdev undertook the team relay event and five individuals ran the full 26.2-mile marathon in aid of the vital life-saving regional service.🏃♀️🚁
A huge thank you to everyone who generously donated and participated, your support is greatly appreciated and will allow HEMS to continue to provide its much-needed service to the people of NI.
