We try not to get involved in inter band politics an bullshit but sometimes bands just go a step too far In the ongoing war between Broken Jaw and NAMELESS we are absolutely siding with Broken Jaw. It's not even a debate and it's disgusting to discuss such serious things in any other way #PineapplesAPudding #GetThatRingOffMyPizza

Crushed By Waves album launch tour starts next month Tickets booked for London Album will be one of our albums of 2024 already based on the fact it's getting an awful lot of plays right now After seeing them at Reading Rising last year it was pretty easy to book tickets for the London show - they really are one of the finest live bands we've seen of late and really hope this tour is the success it deserves to be Down For Life Music

Attic Theory - 'Narrow Lines' 'Attic Theory release new single ‘Narrow Lines’ in aid of charity CALM. The award-winning alternative groove rockers release their moving new single 'Narrow Lines'; the second single from their highly anticipated forthcoming debut album ‘What We Fear The Most’. Attic Theory will donate 100% of the proceeds received from downloads of ‘Narrow Lines’ on Attic Theory’s webpage to the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), charity number 1110621. CALM is a charity uniting the UK against suicide, the leading cause of death among men under the age of 45 in the UK. Frontman Lewis Wright said: “Our aim with the 'Narrow Lines' song and video is to raise more awareness for all those going through difficult times in their lives. The lyrics talk about how you can feel like you’re trapped in a never-ending loop when going through troubling issues and hopefully the song will encourage the listener to reach out to CALM, who offer help, support and information to anyone who is struggling or in crisis.” Lewis adds “We are asking people to download the single from our webpage and unite against suicide. We know that the donations will not only help to change lives, it will also help save lives.” Pre-order your ‘Narrow Lines’ digital download here for just 99p - /attictheory/shop ‘Narrow Lines’ will be available on all major streaming and digital download services on 28/10/2022, released via the bands own label ’ThunderGun Records‘ and distributed by Nova Music Distribution UK. To get support or access CALM’s helpline, open 5pm -midnight 365 days a year, head to ' I'll just add this is a beautiful and heartfelt song to my ears and I love that one of the finest rock bands in the UK wants to do this for an amazing charity - 99p - let's get on it?

Midnight Realm - 'Kings Will Crawl' 'Midnight Realm is what would happen if Insomnium and Architects wrote riffs together and hired Wintersun for the orchestrations' says the press release. My love of this band and continual amazement they're not far bigger is a frustration for another day - let's just say the opportunity to hear this early and my excite for forthcoming 'Engineering the Apocalypse' album have left me feeling very, very optimistic for what 2022 will bring. Single out 21st Jan. Album in the Spring. If you've never heard them before - check out 'Solaris' until this drops. Still one of my favourite EVER melodic death metal tunes. Huge thanks to Daniel for giving me the privilege of hearing this early.

Broken Empire -'Disguise' No doubt for me that UK band Broken Empire are growing in both performance and songwriting skills with every new tune I hear from them. Musically sat firmly between rock and that modern metal sound (think Alter Bridge, Tremonti, FFDP) but sounding fresh all the while. Long awaited debut album out later this year In the meanwhile you could do worse than setting a reminder on this dropping on the 21st of this month. Broken Empire are: Ieuan Owen (Vocals and Rhythm), Matt Stevens (Lead Guitar), Ricky Hill (Drums) & Marco Arena (Bass) Thanks to Ben for giving me the opportunity to have a listen early.
