We’re kicking off the Road to Joy -“parks series”- at Court Square for the Food Truck Roundup! 🚚 My friend, Camille and I challenged ourselves to a 1 hr lunch-break, $25 budget & and appetite for something new! What’s great about Memphis is that we have a plethora of parks with amenities to suit any desire. 💯 This foggy Thursday we checked out cuisine from K&L fine catering, @mexicoinmemphis @flyingsobies @stickemfood (not pictured) and @350.baked . Oh My! 😋 The salmon Philly 🔥🔥 Brisket Tacos + Corn🔥🔥 Strawberry Cheesecake Cake 🔥🔥🔥 Vegan Peach Butter Roll 🔥🔥🔥 Staying within budget was no easy feat! Everything we had was delicious, flavorful and full of fresh ingredients. Framly, I recommend you take an extra 30 & $30 cause there’s just so much to try!
