What ve tried,
🧑🍳🌟Pani puri Taco-(prawn)Mexican taco flavors in a paani puri Beans, salsa,sour cream and prawns, with jalapeño cheese broth.Kindaaa hits different- being a fan from 2022 for this!
🧑🍳✅Jalapeno cheese samosa- À Mexican twist on samosaa- stuffed with Spicy peppers, creamy cheese, served with salsaa- ♨️😍 if u are not a fan of samosaaa- u will be impressed on this ! After nachos with salsaa - this combo hits me a lot😭😍!
🧑🍳🌟Vietnamese Salted coffee- from her vietnamese dairies -chef have curated this- i ve heard a lot about turkish salted coffee and its history behind those - but very new to this!, even the non coffee lovers will fall for this for sure😭😍!
🧑🍳🌟Khemma With Broiche Buns:- from a western style to a touch with indian flavours
Simply a pav bhaji recreation using inhouse made broiche burgers buns as pav & bhajii as chicken khemma - it was so rich and good!
🌟🧑🍳Amma’ s Mini appam with stew- a cute mini appam served with stew at center in pasta bowl - represented this dish so well!
Not so easy to make mini appams like that- it requires a skill and ton of patience to handle for it - but chef have curated it so well!
🌟🧑🍳Chicken Ravioli in Alfredo sauce- (ravioli sheet is veg) ravioli was tender but firm, providing a slight chew that contrasts well with the soft filling of chicken meat, with my most fav Alfredo sauce - the sheet wasn’t too thick or thin - perfectly made !
For dessert- both the 🌟choco chip cookie sizzling& 🌟🧑🍳milo tres leches was too good!
Menu has equal importance to both veg & Meat lovers!If u want to experience different menu around the world - then save this place🧑🍳
