In a few hours @official_korpiklaani ’s new music video ’Harhainen höyhen’ premieres on Youtube. The subject matter of this video (and by extent the song) is pretty tragic. Previous videos from the album have had that energetic and brisk quality to them that the band is known for. For this one I wanted to go to opposite direction. Small and intimite. In service of the story.

I directed a music video for the beautiful closing track of @official_korpiklaani ’s latest album Rankarumpu. The track is called ’Harhainen höyhen’ and its accompanying video will be out this Thursday (6/6/24) on band’s official Youtube channel. Remember to set a reminder!
The video stars amazing @katrijar whom I have had the pleasure to work with before back in 2019. Is there someone out there who knows what project that was?

A portrait of Marko (the singer of @poetsofthefallband ) I took a year ago (yes, I can be a little lazy to publish my stuff sometimes… 😅). He’s been in front of my camera numerous times and has always given a top notch performance. I’m so glad to have been able to collaborate with him on so many projects, hopefully many more to come. Treasured memories. His music has been an important source of inspiration for me since 2003 and continues to be so.
