Fortunate to have had a private dinner here. A little like Willy Wonka’s golden ticket. Unappareled views of Paris in a glass cube atop a Parisian landmark, along with a Michelin meal. Unfortunately, last minute, the Michelin chef fell ill and his protégé - who was young - attempted a 5 course meal. Main course was fish - not a fan of seafood - but he made a wonderul eveving of food and drink - with my favorite - deserts, the crowning glory. You can read below about the brief history - which was never again to be done in Paris. Noymia - named after a restaurant in Japan. The structure features a dining room for twelve people with a panoramic view over the Seine and the Eiffel tower. The restaurant comprises a glass cabin and a perforated metal screen covering the central cooking area. The 18 metre-long structure was part constructed in the Cherbourg boatyard in northern France and transported to PARIS in two parts, where it was assembled on the roof of Le Palais de Tokyo.
