Mina’s bussin’ green beans 💚 So good it makes her run 💨 🏃🏽‍♀️😂 グリーンビーンズって日本語でいんげん？かな？ 1. Take the stems off of green beans and wash them. Pat them dry. 2. Flash fry in HOT oil for 2-3 minutes. 3. Mina’s first time trying soufflé @risesouffle in the Woodlands. She almost ordered the Mac&cheese soufflé for her savory course but last minute decided to change to the crabmeat since it was highly recommended by our waitress. Mina and Miles had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ha at her restaurant @theblindgoathtx in Houston! She is the winner of MasterChef Season 3, and the kids had just watched her as the guest judge this week on the show. The excitement of the two juniors was priceless when she walked into the restaurant! So amazing to be able to share the same experiences and for the community of chefs! Mina and Miles met during the audition process for @masterchefjunior awhile back. Mina competed on the holiday special and Miles competed on the most recent Season 9! The two junior chefs share the love for cooking and to be able to experience eating at Chef Ha’s restaurant together was very special.
