My relationship with running has really developed over this year. I’ve always “run” to clear my head, boost those endorphins, keep fit, be outside and enjoy discovering new cities or places I’ve travelled to on shoots or holidays. My runs were always short n sweet however, 30 minutes long, maximum 40/45. Training for a half marathon though has pushed me harder than ever before and I have a deeper appreciation for everything it can bring up and out mentally and physically. As I sit writing this I’m looking at my poor toes black with bruises from the pounding they’ve taken this weekend and in training. Sorry feet.
