hiii! i’ve launched a substack - big little feelings (BLF) - my tiny corner of the internet where i will share weekly blog posts about my personal reflections, wellness recommendations, relationships, insecurities, current hyper fixations, the details of my most recent menty- b etc. as a highly sensi human i’ve struggled with navigating life, people, work and this has left me with a lot of feelings and ideas about myself (some good others not so much). writing has always been an outlet for me, i’ve just never remained consistent. i’m excited to have a place to do so now and hope my words resonate with you - then we will build a community of simpatico humans - like those of us who want connection, yet feel instant dread when a social plan is made (iykyk).
