MISS INDIANA IS OFFICIALLY OVER🥲
I am so thankful for this week. I had a blast competing for the first time. And I’m especially thankful for every single girl the sisterhood is so real. I was SO blessed to win non finalist talent, and the newcomer award🥹. I will treasure this week forever and I’m already so excited for next year. To @bella.bauer_ your brand new @missamericasteenin I am SO PROUD of you I love you so much and you’re going to do amazing in the role of Miss Indiana I can’t wait to cheer you on at Miss America!!!!!!!

I had so much fun riding with my rising star Maddie. While getting to debut my GOURGOUS dress from @houseofk_boutique and my fascinator that I MADE!!!!

It was so inspiring listening to Amanda Mills speak about the @american_heart and cardiovascular health. As well as Keegan Conner @missamericasteenin and Cydney Bridges @missamericain speeches! And of course the AMAZING food🤭!!!!!!

And what they mean to me
SERVICE
Service is my absolute favorite point of the crown. I am in Girl Scouts and Key club which allows me to have so many service opportunities!! The first and third pictures are when I went to Hawaii for a STEM Girl Scouts destination. My favorite act of service was cleaning up the micro plastic beach and making art out of it (upcycling!) I also loved weeding the loi ponds. I was such a fun experience submerging in mud and cleaning the beautiful land.
STYLE
Style is another personal favorite point of mine in the Miss America Opportunity you get to express yourself in so many different types of outfits. Especially Miss Indiana week. I can’t wait to see how every girl allows their personality shine through in all of their outfits! @houseofk_boutique is one of the incredible sponsors for Miss Indiana and they are amazing! They have thousands of dresses as well as jewelry and accessories. I can not wait to debut my dresses from them this week! Another sponsor is @rebelathletic This is for the fitness portion of competition. Rebel makes sure everyone feels confident and stylish in there Miss America curated collection!
SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship is a HUGE part of Miss Indiana as they partner with the ISAF to give out many scholarships Miss Indiana week. At my very first mao pageant ever I won the CSI scholarship which really kept me going on my pageant journey( the picture is me holding fist runner up because I couldn’t find the other picture 😂)
SUCCESS
Success means so many different things. It doesn’t necessarily mean winning. I try to go into every pageant with the mindset of even if I don’t win I succeed because I grow!
Another one of my FAVORITE ways to stay #missamericafit is dance!!!
I have been dancing since I was 4 and have tried almost every style. My two favorites are jazz and contemporary!!! Dance is such a fun way to stay moving and express yourself. I am so grateful for all of the opportunities I have to dance and spend time with my teammates. This year I got to compete for the very first time in a dance competition I had a blast giving it my all on stage and spending all day with my amazing teammates and instructors. I love trying new styles and tricks and pushing my limits to be the best I can be!!!
Dance has been my talent at every single local I have competed in this year. Although I’m sad to not be able to do my routine again I am so excited to bring something new to the stage and bring everything I’ve got!!!
