“Igniting the power and the promise of youth through mentorship” — A shared mission between @bbbschi and me ⭐️
Big Brothers Big Sisters works to provide social, emotional and educational support through 1:1 mentorship. While the ultimate goal is to create strong leaders in our community and provide youth with an educational foundation, building up their confidence and emotional health must be done in tandem. Mentoring does just that.
As a titleholder - and just as Grace - it’s my goal to not just advocate for the importance of education, but provide guidance, mentorship and connection to every student I meet. Showing up consistently goes a long way, and @bbbsamerica emphasizes this at its core.
A massive thank you to BBBS for inviting me to this special event last week, and for creating an outlet for students to thrive, set goals and work towards a bright future.

one of the biggest blessings from being part of the @vanbrosgirls family is the incredible people I’ve gotten to meet. Fun fact - 5 of the girls in this picture all competed on this stage in 2017! I met @samantha__elliott and @sydnidion that year, which was our first year all competing on the @missilteenusa stage. Two of my favorite people, @therealangelreyes and @whitneywandland competed for Miss Illinois USA, where Whit took home the title and Angel placed top 5 as one of the youngest contestants.

the 10th annual @bbbschi Live BIG event was a success 🎤✨🤍
So honored to be a special guest at last night’s Big Brothers Big Sisters event, where littles and bigs (students + mentors) got to mingle, hear from outstanding women about career and life advice and bond with each other! I met so many fantastic people, from inspiring fitness studio owners, teachers, BBBS staff and passionate high schoolers.
Pumped to continue working with this fantastic org that holds a special place in my heart. See you next year 🤗
