I like the idea of Sedusa eventually letting her hair grow out as she becomes more deranged and prone to wild episodes. She loses herself and just becomes a tangled mass of hair that rampages around...that is until a Powerpuff Girl can smack the sense back into her 👊
I spent way too long sitting on her design...I think I just couldn't figure out which hairstyle I liked more lol
