I’m so grateful for the opportunity to create this scarf with echo and with the help of my dad and grandparents. It represents Inuvialuit culture, family and traditions. This design means so much to me and I hope you all love it too
“My design to me symbolizes family and traditions; culture and knowledge being passed down to us by our elders. The scarf is me and my grandparents doing traditional Inuvialuit activities they grew up doing on the land. The writing is my grandmother’s Inuvialukton translation for take care of the land and animals and they will give you life’ - which was a quote by my dad that he learned from them.”
$100 from each sale of this scarf will be donated to Inuit Tapirit Kanatami
