Our release ceremony, plate breaking, is part of the Widow Empowerment Event as a healing activity designed to help each woman share the pain she’s been holding inside and is now ready to release, making room for more healing and peace. Since 2018, the experience has been incredibly liberating for over a thousand widows. Breaking a plate and releasing the power of the words written on it took great honesty and courage. Choosing to close the door on those painful thoughts brought light to their eyes. We wish you all the same!
