I appreciate all the love & appreciation in my first short and can’t wait to make more. It was nerve wrecking showing this since it’s something im very passionate about and want to pursue as a career. I felt the same feeling as I did when I was 15 posting my first cosplay on social media, nervous about the outcome and comments.. when in reality it shouldn’t matter if you know how you felt when creating it and how proud you are of your own work.

@kikicheea @bbylotusss @maxon_ramsey_15 who aided me in my project considering my time constraints for school. I was so stressed getting this done for my class project back when I was in LA. I had two days to film, a few weeks to edit, & had to cut parts of my script to hit my deadline & time limits, but still was able to get my deep messages and themes across. Thank you

Being a producer is TOUGH but, I loved the job. I had to change locations for two very significant parts in my film and find a solution in the same day or I had to change my whole film— With little time with no actual set budget.
Kiki’s existence made my story come to life so beautifully. While i was making my story that was inspired by perfect blue, kiki came into my mind when I was finished and thought she was absolutely perfect for the role, and then i started changing things in the story that centered around what she already does and embedding her music was a cherry on top. Kiki’s music fit amazingly with my themes and not sure if it was fate or a coincidence. Her existence and lotus blew my worries away 😂 !!! It was like fitting in the missing puzzles to my masterpiece.
I hope everyone enjoyed it and started thinking of their own deep meanings of the story and the significance behind the song By My Side being played in the film. I plan on doing a Q&A video after things continue to boil.. until next time. 💭
