Its Official! I am beyond excited to be apart of the creative behind the “Every Body is Beautiful Award” at the Global Beauty Awards! As someone who has had the opportunity to be a titleholder and compete at Miss Teen USA to working as the Assistant Director and Choreographer for Limelight Enterprises it’s so important to me that every woman of all different shapes and sizes feel that they are enough to compete and work in pageantry and that we have all these women representing what beauty is to them. My goal for this award is to build a community where all women feel safe, valued, enough and beautiful in their body and so that young women watching pageants can have the same experience. In this interview I touch on my experience being a titleholder and working in production, depression, eating disorders, social media transparency, and how this award came to be. Want to watch the whole thing? Head over to the @thegbasofficial Instagram page! @limelightenterprises#everybodyisbeatiful#globalbeautyawards#beautifullyconfident

Wow. What an incredible weekend this has been. It’s hard for me to put into words what this weekend has meant to me. I won’t lie, I was very nervous heading into this weekend knowing I am not who I was when I was on my own pageant journey. I want to start by thanking each and every single contestant for being so kind, positive, supportive, and uplifting of each other. Thank you for working hard, listening, encouraging and helping each other, pushing yourselves out of your comfort zones, creating bonds and friendships, and for reminding me why I love pageantry so much. You have all inspired me with your stories and should be beyond proud of yourselves for all you have done in your lives. I am so proud of you and can’t wait to see where each and every single one of you go in life.❤️
Ava and Mady. I am so proud of you and I can’t wait to see where this year takes you. I am beyond blessed to be apart of your journey as you both have inspired me with your kind hearts, positive outlook on life, hard work, and dedication. (Your going to Miss Teen USA and Miss USA!)❤️
Mom. You did it. You officially have your first state titleholders! Over the past 6 months you have worked tirelessly and have made sure that this weekend was an experience of a lifetime for the contestants. I am so proud of you for fearlessly chasing your dream and making it a reality. I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for you.❤️
