Meet Promise and Jax! This wonderful family lives in South Carolina, Jax has MPS II. He was diagnosed in 2017 and connected with our Pathways program. Through Pathways, our team guides and supports families during their diagnostic journey. Since joining the National MPS Society, Promise and Jax have received funding from the Medical Travel Assistance Program as well as a scholarship to attend the Disney Family Conference last December. These grants were both made possible through funding for our Family Support programs. We need your help to continue providing this level of support for our families.
