I am so excited to introduce myself, Rachael Stainko, as your 2024 Mrs. Indiana America! 🇺🇸
My husband, Andrew, and I reside in Lafayette, IN with our two toddlers, Leslie and little Andrew. As Purdue University alums, we are actively engaged with our local alumni chapter and various giving clubs within the University. We are a proud Purdue family raising the next generation of Boilermakers! 🖤🚂💛
I began baton twirling at the age of 4 and have won numerous state, regional and national accolades, including being named Purdue University’s first Miss Boilerette feature twirler. The sport of baton twirling has taken me across the world from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games. From competitive baton twirler to baton coach, I now wear the greatest title of ‘baton mom’ and my daughter is a third generation baton twirler.
After an extensive career in the oncology field, I now have the greatest job of raising our two toddlers. Additionally, I mange our zoo of animals and assist my husband in running our two family companies. I’m a passionate community advocate and an avid volunteer with @dfs_greaterlafayette and our local church.
As a two-time cesarean mom and NICU momma, I channeled my experiences to serve at both the state and federal level as a certified Patient Family Partner for MoMMA’S Voices promoting maternal health. But I wanted to do more for motherhood as a whole, which led to me creating ‘Strong as a Mother’ through which I host an ongoing Instagram LIVE series called #MotherhoodMonday This past spring I was recognized as the 2024 Indiana Mother of the Year for my dedication to serving my community and family. 👨👩👧👦
Although I may be a Boilermaker, I am so excited and honored to be serving our great Hoosier state and share with women and their families ‘Strong as a Mother’ 🩷

When I am not wearing my crown and sash I am a wife to Michael for almost 20 years and the mom to 4 beautiful children Joseph, Jackson, Reagan and Chloe!! They are my my biggest blessing and my best gift!
I am an entrepreneur boss lady at ❤️ Heart! I have two businesses MAGS Martinsville Academy Gymnastics for 28 years where I am the Xcel Silver and Gold Competitive team coach. I LOVE working with my gymnast and they have truly taught me so much and I will never get tired of hearing "Jamie watch this!" As a mom of four I wanted to help other ladies know the importance of feeling good and that doing things for yourself does not make you selfish so I also started The Rhinestone Hanger Boutique 6 years ago where I do Facebook lives shows and sell stinkin cute clothing to women all over the United States.
In my free time I enjoy working with young women all over the state of Indiana and in my community where I am the Fall Foliage Festival Pageant Director, the Kiwanis Club Balloon Festival Competition Co-Director. I also recently started The Kids Rock Confidence Camps were I help girls find Confidence in themselves by sharing the gift of who they are from the inside out.
It's important to always chase your wild and crazy dreams!! It's never to late and as long as you have hope you can absolutely make anything possible!

I have been doing pageants since I was a little girl. Pageantry has helped me find confidence within myself. At a young age, I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. This lead me to be very shy growing up. I was too anxious to play sports or even make friends! My mom put me in dance and realized I belonged on a stage. I do pageants for the little girls like myself who struggled to find their place in this world. I want to let everyone know that even when your mind is telling you that you can’t, you absolutely can!!
I grew up in Scottsburg, Indiana. I danced for fifteen years and was on the varsity cheerleading team all four years of high school. Through cheer and dance, I found a love for teaching children! I currently am a senior at Indiana University Bloomington. I am majoring in elementary education with double minors in counseling and child/adolescence mental health. I hope to be the person I needed when I was a child!
My platform promotes that your mental health is equally as important as your physical health! Mental health can negatively affect your physical health, and your physical health can worsen with mental health challenges. Through my page, @jill2fit , I encourage people to take care of their physical and mental wellbeing through self-love💗

I had the honor and privilege to MC the Miss Teen Clark County and Miss Clark County 2024 pageants. This was a first for me! One of my former pageant sisters, Taytum, reached out to me and asked me to MC. I am so thankful that she did. I had the best time! Congratulations to the new Miss Clark County, Miss Teen Clark County, and their courts!! These beauty queens rocked it yesterday. I am so happy I could be apart of something so special ✨

After the Miss Clark County pageant, I rushed back to my hometown to watch the finale of the Miss Scott County Pageant. This pageant is so special to me. I absolutely love being apart of this sisterhood. Congratulations to Aubree Couch and her court!! I can’t wait to see all of the amazing things you will do in the next year 💗
