Life in the mountain 🏔️ 🌲 🌴 Amazed with these unique houses in Wae Rebo, located in Mangarai regency, East Nusa Tenggara . The house is called Mbaru Niang. They are shaped like a cone and standing tall and strong. According to the villagers who still live there (that is around 80 persons) they need half a year to prepare all the materials and 80 people to build the house in two weeks 😱. The main house has the Tamarraw horn on top, where they hold ceremony. Villagers live a very simple life, no signal, no wifi, no TV, no cellphone, kids play together , barefooted but happy. 😊 Let's be grateful for what we have . 🙏 I love their natural, long and curly eyelashes!
