Not bad shape for off season with Very little training.
Although I miss my definition it's every hard to keep when wanting to build more muscle.

Ive been feeling under the weather this past week no energy to get out of Bed nor to even lift a weight but I'm feeling much better not 100%.
It's very early and i can't sleep anymore :/ lol
There is nothing more motivating than receiving this pic of me at the New Zealand Pro Show next to some of the best pro girls. being piggies after the show :) best part about competing.. the reward ;)
Can't wait to get back to work and into my training routine..I've been Feeling so lost although we need to listen to our bodies otherwise u end up going backwards. Believe it or not your body grows much better and faster having rest :)
