Olympic beach volleyball player @kellycheng has been open about her mental health struggles over the years. While competing in Tokyo in 2020, she says every match and point felt like “life or death” due to her anxiety.
This is what inspired her to start the Beach Mentorship Program to help the next generation of volleyball players prioritize their mental health.
