In just 10 days, we will jump into the start of Scrutineering! Each solar car will be inspected to ensure they meet all regulations and safety requirements. Cars that pass all static and dynamic inspections will be cleared to take the track for the Electrek Formula Sun Grand Prix. 🏁

Forgot to post my best lap from NCM back in April.
This is where I’m supposed to add all the caveats about what held me back (e.g. old tires, faded pads, traffic, heat, etc.). Nope, car was flawless. I just didn’t have the balls or track experience to push harder. First time I ran a full weekend @ncmmsp without getting black flagged for exceeding sound limits. Many multiple seconds to find. I’ll be back to find them.

Looking back on Miss Kentucky 2024 with a joyous and grateful heart! 🌟✨️
This season of life is so special. I am so blessed that I got to prepare for a week long job interview all year, to spend hours practicing, and to travel on weekends serving. All of the passion and hard work culminated into this one week! So much of the beauty of the week lies in what wasn't captured by a camera, from bible studies at breakfast, jamming in the dressing room, praying back stage, encouragement from sisters, to late night laughs - this experience was truly unforgettable!
My favorite parts were the unseen moments with these sweet women. The volunteers, the directors, and the women participating are who make this Miss Kentucky experience THE BEST!
I am clinging to the peace I received from the Lord before Finals, knowing that I gave all the glory to Him all week! I can't wait to do it all again soon!!
I have SO many thank you's!! Thank you to Jesus for giving me new life and transforming my heart, especially through and within this organization. Thank you to the Miss My Old KY Home Board for all of the preparation and support in this process! Thank you to my mentors, family, and friends for cheering loud from Bowling Green and home!

Always good to see @dylanmccool , @junkyard_digs and @junkyardmook , and @vicegripgarage and @hello_jessa_b for, like, five seconds in between them all accommodating long lines of fans in the heat.
To me, yes the cars are cool, but I truly enjoy the people in the car community that I've gotten to meet and know over the years.
I know I tagged a lot of folks in this post, but I just want y'all to know that I'm thankful for y'all, and glad to get to shake your hands, trade stories and jokes and what not every year.
