I don’t have the luxury of “planning or timing” if that were the case I would’ve chosen to have children a long time ago. We are so blessed for this second little miracle that is en route & excited that Freya is going to be a big sister 🥹🫶🏻
People make insensitive comments about women’s fertility all the time perhaps it’s down to sheer ignorance but women’s health is extremely complex. I’m glad there has definitely been progress but conversations need to remain opened for women to reach their goals & to feel comfortable while they are faced with so many tribulations 🫶🏻
I would urge you to err on the side of caution when discussing this topic with others, often times you won’t know everyone’s full story.
I know these posts come with lots of emotions. This is such a sensitive topic for many including myself. There has been lots of lows on this journey but I’m very appreciative of the current highs of our growing family & feel like I’ve won the lottery of luck🥰

Kinda had a feeling it would be back 🫣 so much more prepared for it this time round and grateful I know exactly what I have to do which is a relief (having a nutritional background helps a lot too)😅
#almondcroissant is my GD loop hole treat 😂 I was sooo strategic last year with what I ate… I remained on diet and exercise for the full pregnancy last time, it was so important for me to be able to enjoy food & not feel restricted… that’s my mission again for this pregnancy 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Reflections
*Time is flying by but each week turns a new skill and it’s truly magical watching her life unfold before your eyes🥹
*I love the new Freya that we get each month… it’s like she’s a different girl with each growth spurt!
*She is loving life at the minute & waves at everyone she sees 😂
*my life revolves around her and very lucky to be in a position to get to spend all this time with her 🫶🏻
*She is busy climbing/crawling… I need to childproof everything now (tips welcomed)
*we embraced the @ellaskitchenuk baby food for the first time for handiness while being away and she’s eating everything (relieved mama)
*I am appreciating all our moments and trying my best to not overthink how I will have to balance my time when baby no 2 arrives
