I don’t usually post fit check on the feed, but it’s been a good while since I was actually stoked on the way I look. For a long time now, I’ve been pretty self conscious on how my body looks cuz I am always comparing to how I was back in the day. Also, it was concerning how my weight gradually increased through out the years and never dropped or kept the same.

When I watched the fit check, I was actually stoked to where I am now. Overall, I feel way better and look much better in my clothes. No joke, the clothes in this video used to look hella tight on me. Now, actually looks like it fits or even kinda oversized.

Since January, I made this huge change to focus on my overall health. I am way more aware of what goes into my body. I am not a health nut at all, but just making small changes in the diet and being consistent def does help. I am pretty much in a phase where I just want to increase my athleticism, health, and outlook on life on the daily!

If you really want to make some sort of change in your life, you gotta look at a couple of small negative things that effect your life on the daily and make consistent changes🤙🏽

Now we here, 32😎. At breakfast, mom asked, “how does it feel being 32?” It’s crazy to say, but I have been giving the same answer since I was 30. I told her and the fam, I feel like life is finally starting. As of now, I know what I want to do, the goals that I have for myself, and the people I want to have in my life and give my time too. In my 20s, I felt like I would say this, but not have the confidence that I have now. Honestly, things can change at anytime, but glad I took the time to build out the base of my life🙏 really thankful for all the people in my life right now. Couldn’t be where I am at in my career, especially how I function in my personal life without them🤙🏽
