If it wasn’t for my wonderful coaches @natharrison_ifbbpro@rharrison_ifbb_pro I wouldn’t have made it to this stage. This is by far my best look to date, and given it was our first show working together! Every step of the way they made sure I was ready physically and mentally. Nat and Ryan I cannot thank you both enough for this amazing prep experience♥️🙏 And the community you have built at @htown_muscle_ changed my life. H Town fam I love you all🤘 Every prep is a learning experience and we are just getting started!

Placing definitely didn’t turn out as I hoped but that’s okay (second place if you’re wondering), I’ll be back eventually. I have work to do that’s clear to see. I know I can do better and I’m excited to show that. God’s plan is always better than ours, I’m grateful for the experience and the ability to even take part in this sport that I love so much. I have never had so much support during a show. If you know me, you know I hold this sport near and dear to my heart, thank you to those in my life that understand that and respect it because I know it’s not easy.
The work continues always and today we’re right back to it. Hope for stage shots soon!

Workout in order👇
Warm up superset; Ham glute developer and reverse hypers
Exercise 1: Reverse Lunges superset body weight burn out
Exercise 2: Barbell Deficit Deadlift
Exercise 3: Seated Leg Curl (5 reps 5 sec positive, then 5 of 5 second negative, 5-10 regular)
Exercise 4: Hip thrusts end with body weight hold
Not shown: Standing calve raises

Just happy to be here😊 It has been 2 years since I’ve competed and the time is finally approaching! This prep has been totally different thus far. New state, new career, new gym and wonderful coaches.
It’s also been interesting as flight attendant with a flip flopped sleep schedule, imperfect meal timing, time changes, different gyms, the list goes on!
One thing is for certain, I wouldn’t have it any other way. It may be stressful, but I hope I can step on stage and prove that you can defy the odds when they are against you! There is no perfect time to prep, you just have to love it, all of the ups and downs. Here’s to 33 more days🥳
