Our agaves grow in the renowned brown and red soil of the highlands of Jalisco.
This land and climatic conditions are suitable for the correct growth of the agave, the seasonal rains provide the appropriate amount of water so that the “agave pineapple” takes its strength and shape thus this process continues for approximately 6 - 8 years.
