#ad 🇪🇸 Paella is one of my favorite meals to make when we are craving Spanish cuisine. Today, I’m sharing a flavorful Sardine Paella recipe made with @chickenoftheseaofficial Sardines in Water.
Sardines are protein-rich, plus buying sardines in water means fewer calories, lower fat, sodium, and a milder taste. From prep to plate, this paella is easy to make & often makes enough for leftovers. 🙌
Chicken of the Sea is the one for me because it delivers quality and flavor in every bite, making it easy to explore the world through food. 🌎

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium high.
2. Add onions and garlic and sauté 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add peppers, canned tomatoes, cilantro, olives, peas and Chicken of the Sea Sardines in Water. Sauté another 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add rice and stir well.
5. Add vegetable broth and seasonings plus the lemon wedges.
6. Lower heat and cook covered for 30 minutes.
7. Remove from heat; let sit for 5 minutes.
8. Toss lightly and serve.

Weekend in Waco, TX. 🤠
We stayed at the cutest farmhouse airbnb called Da-MOO-de farms about 20 minutes from Waco. It had a pond to fish in, a zip line, and a large a pasture with cows you can feed. The way the responded to the owner yelling, “Hey cows! Time to eat, cows” was so cute & funny! 🥰 They also provided farmfresh eggs from their chickens and the cutest farm themed homemade cookies. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a taste of country living, AKA the simple life. 🎣
