👋 Hey New Followers! 👋 (and old friends!) • It’s been a hot minute since I did this, so allow me to reintroduce myself! • I am a mom of two boys (just turned 3 years old and a 3 month old), wife to my very best friend in this life, and surrounded by a small but wonderful group of family and friends. I don’t know about you, but the older I get the more valuable my time gets and I just don’t have it in me to fake anything in my life - and giving so much to people who weren’t filling me up became the first thing to go once my kids came into my life. • By profession, I am an educator and group fitness instructor. I also offer coaching and one-on-one services, but I’m currently on maternity leave enjoying this precious time with my babies and my family. I will return to those things later this year. (If you are interested in training with me or taking a class (online or in person), keep checking back for updates). • My goal is to compete in a natural fitness competition and I’ve already started work to get back into prep; however, I haven’t officially started training for a specific competition yet. I’m choosing the natural route because, as a breast feeding mom, who may or may not be finished having children, it’s what is best for me at this time. Fun fact - both times I started training for fitness competition I got pregnant! 😜🤣 The side effects of working out around my husband I guess! 🤣🤣🤣 • I believe ALL bodies are worthy, beautiful, and have value. I work hard to empower others to see that beauty within themselves.
