And just like that Mrs M is in the house!!! 😱 I don’t even have the words to describe what we have experienced in the last week. It was just surreal. I’m so in love… with my husband, our family, our friends and with Senegal. Thank you everyone who made it as special as it was ♥️ Was sooo excited to see these photos from @emacrompzweddings she was the best photographer we could have asked for! Many more highlights to come 🥳 And shoutout to my lovely friend @lldiallo10 for the amazing wedding cake! 🙏 #wedding #firstlook #marriage #weddinginsenegal #love #senegal

OUR FIRST FAMILY HOME! 🏡🙌 So we bought a house here in Senegal, which we are so excited about. It’s not quite what I imagined my first house to look like but it’s a fixer upper and we see the potential 😍 So grateful for this 🙏 Would you guys like to see the renovation journey? Thinking to do a mini YouTube series about it! Behind the scenes of our villa hunt! 🙌 Maybe the cow sh*t was good luck in the end @ninka.mbaye 😂😂😂 What do you guys think of this villa? 👀 Honestly, this search has been so difficult. We’ve been looking for the perfect accommodation for our luxury retreat for weeks. We want to give people the best of the best experience in Senegal so we have very high standards for the villa 💅 We’ve really enjoyed it though… running a business with my sister and bestie is pure joy, I feel so grateful. Even if no one comes at least we will have enjoyed every moment 😂 Love, Nush x #Retreats #LuxuryRetreats #retreatsinafrica #RetreatsinSenegal #LuxuryHolidays #HolidayRetreats #ConsciousTravel #EcoTravel #privateholiday #HolidaysInSenegal #RetreatsInAfrica #holidayretreat #PersonalGrowthInAfrica #personaldevelopmentinAfrica #MeditationRetreat #YogaRetreat #SelfDevelopmentRetreat #adventureretreat #ConsciousRetreats #supportinglocalbusiness #consciousholiday

My nan just died…. She was my last living grandparent, this is a strange feeling. I feel numb 😔 Life doesn’t give you break, it’s like continuous waves knocking you down. And somehow you just have to find the joy amongst the waves 💔 It’s special because her name was Joy, my middle is name was given to me after her… Joy. And, I will continue to find the Joy in life 💫 RIP Cuddy ❤️ If you feel me, please feel free to share here. I hope this to be a safe space full of love 🥰 Some will say I’m over sharing and that it’s not good to show this amount of vulnerability publicly. But if it can make me and just a couple people out there feel less alone then f*ck it. Thank you for hearing me 🙏 Lots of love, Nush

All because I told him the restaurant was closed…. But using my mum detective skills, I soon realised the real reason for the meltdown was fatigue after a long week of school. Poor bubba 🥺 And in this moment I decided to record it because recently I’ve been feeling like social media can make parenting look all glamorous… We hardly see kids in meltdown mode on social media because in these moments comforting them is the priority rather than documenting but I thought that this reality- check could comfort someone else out there 🥰 COMMENT to let me know if you also experience regular meltdowns! I’m going through this madness just as much as the next parent… I see you, it’s tough, you’re doing amazing ❤️ SHARE this with a parent so they feel less alone 💌 Lots of love, Nush xxx

The last photo 😅 Can’t get these off her at the moment! What an absolute blessing to live in this environment, forever grateful for Senegal 🇸🇳😍 Here’s what May looked like for us… 1. My first matching outfit with the kids (didn’t think I’d be that parent but here we are) 😂 @aurasoullondon 2. Visiting their grandads beautiful grave made with earth bricks, designed by his loving wife 🥰 3. My friend @paollaperetti mother blessing. We hosted a sharing circle to help empower her before baby no 2 arrives. An idealic setting for a peaceful ceremony 💫 4. A classic design of Villa here in Senegal. I love the earth colour with the greenery! 5. Aya going off for the day with her friends Maimouna and Marie ❤️ 6. A mini baobab tree… can’t wait for my house to be ready to buy one 🏡 7. @thegentlemanfarmer_ learning to do Aya’s hair 🙌 8. Shaks and his mate Mam Cheik 🥹 9. @nina_and_her_little_things 10. Aya’s new style 😎

Watch to the end to see how this video goes wrong 😫 SAVE THIS POST so you remember to try it out on your kids and let me know in the comments if they like it 😍 I’m no food blogger (as this video very clearly shows)… I’m just a mum trying to find food that my kids like. I wouldn’t say they are fussy eaters but they definitely go through fussy phases. However, this recipe seems to be an ongoing hit no matter what their tastebuds are saying 😅🙌 plus it’s packed full of superfoods and protein, which is great for my kids as they mainly eat a plant based diet. Per serving you need: - 1 banana - 3/4 dates depending on size and how sweet you like it - 3 heaped tablespoons of cooked quinoa (I prefer white quinoa) - tip…. Overcook the quinoa so it blends smoother! - sprinkle of cinnamon and cocoa powder - a tablespoon of seamoss - plant milk (as much as you like to make it the consistency you want - more = runnier, less = thicker) - seed mix - whatever seeds you like! You can change it up depending on what flavours you like more 💫 can’t wait to hear your thoughts 😘

Watch to the end to see what I got Mr M for his birthday! What do you guys think of this present? Let me know in the comments! 🙌 I wanted to take you with me to buy it because I get a lot of questions about what life looks like here in Senegal. It all looks pretty easy-going in this video, but sometimes we encounter a lot of hurdles like broken down cars, closed shops or not being able to find what you need so it’s not all picture perfect. Living in Senegal requires you to stay flexible, easy-going and have a lot of patience, especially when you come from an environment, like London, that runs like clockwork. Having said that, the slower pace of life is so much better for my soul. I like not being in a rush or packing too much into my day. Plus the friendly interactions you have just by walking out your house, makes everything more joyful! This trip may have taken nearly the whole day to complete but it was thoroughly enjoyable, especially alongside my sis @ninka.mbaye ❤️ Are you interested in visiting Senegal? Let me know in the comments! 👀 Ps Thanks to my wonderful wedding photographer @emacrompzweddings for the printed photos! Such a cute touch 🥰
