While Pride Month brings celebration, our year-long dedication to supporting, learning, and championing the 2SLGBTQIA+ community here at Oxford continues year-round.
Some of these initiatives include: • Hosting quarterly Employee Resource Group (ERG) sessions to discuss goals and objective on how Oxford can be more involved in the community. • Ongoing dialogue with OMERs/Oxford leadership group on what is required for a safe workplace with over 20 members from our senior leadership. • Global event lead by Indigenous Queer community discussing the importance of allyship in both spaces, hosting 200+ attendees

We are excited to welcome Simons to our Yorkdale Shopping Centre in the fall of 2025. Today's announcement marks Simons $75 million investment in Canadian retail and follows a record-breaking year for our Greater Toronto Area shopping centres, highlighting the strength of Canadian retail. In 2023, ICSC ranked Yorkdale as Canada’s top-performing shopping centre, with per square foot sales 65% higher than the closest competitor.
